The Mini-Jelliquarium ACRYLIC SYSTEM is our most popular and least expensive complete jellyfish display system. This Jelliquarium design has a Wet-Dry Trickle filter, and an optional venturi protien skimmer, integrated into its backside for compact and effective filtration. The tank sits on top of a 30 inch tall black acrylic stand, which has a lift-off style door for storage inside. The system is crowned with a matching ‘hinged’ Canopy cover that adds an additional 4.5 inches in height. Included is a Color Changing LED Lighting System, offering a rainbow of colors and settings, along with a hand-held remote control for turning on / off and selecting the color choices and programs.

 A separate Chiller and Chiller Pump Assembly are available for cold-water applications. This is the perfect choice for hobbyist preferring an entry-level jellyfish tank. 

The Mini-Jelliquarium tank dimensions are 24" Long by 12” Wide by 26”Tall. The tank background, front and sides are black acrylic. Porthole opening is 20.5 inches in diameter. The Stand is 30 inches tall, and the hinged Canopy adds another 4.5 inches. 

 The Mini-Jelliquariums’ unique patent pending 20 gallon faceted tank-only design incorporates an entire 3 -in-1 filtration system built into the back of the aquarium. This system combines mechanical, chemical, wet-dry biological filter technology and an optional venturi driven protein skimmer into a compact area within the back of the Jelliquarium filter system. 

The Mini-Jelliquarium’s large biological area and optional Clear-for-Life™ Venturi protein skimmer fits into the rear filter compartment which is incorporated into the aquariums overall dimensions. All acrylic material is domestic cast, all aquarium seams are chemically bonded together and all tanks incorporate a solid top panel, with cut-outs, for added structural support.

The Acrylic System includes our new Color Changing LED lighting system. Using the hand-held remote control you can turn on / off the lights, and select one of three color changing patterns, including seven individual colors. 

The Mini-Jelliquarium DOES NOT include a refrigeration unit. An optional Chiller and Chiller Pump Assembly are available. This Chiller Pump Assembly is $62.00 and it consists of two bulkheads drilled and installed into the backside of the Mini Jelliquarium. A small additional submersible water pump is placed into the filter compartment and discharges water through one of the bulkheads out and to an external chiller unit. The chilled water returns through the second bulkhead back into the filter compartment. Midwater Systems can also offers the JBJ 1/10th HP Artica chiller for $700, which can sit alongside the Mini Jelliquarium ( see options ). This chiller runs silent, capable of maintaining 60 degrees and is inconspicuolously attractive. This is a great combination for maintaining coldwater jellyfish species.
